M.Sc in genetics and plant breeding is a two-year postgraduate study in agriculture sciences. Plant Breeding is a technique where they change the traits of the plants in order to produce desired characteristics like improving the nutrition quality and producing a variety of crops. The candidate must hold a bachelors degree in B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc Horticulture, B.Sc Biotechnology or any other equivalent discipline from a recognized institute.
