Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University (JRSU) is a state university established by the Government of Jharkhand in 2016. It is located in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. JRSU is a unique university that specializes in police science and internal security. It is the first university of its kind in Jharkhand and the third in the country.
