B.A. Oriya is an undergraduate degree course in Oriya language and writing. This course of 3 years is divided into 6 semesters under the semester system. BA Oriya course provides students the training to develop professional communication skills in Oriya. This course also helps to improve writing and verbal ability in this language. The main objective of this course is to provide educational knowledge in utility in the Oriya language through the study of literature and other cultural forms, this course encourages students to research historical cultural periods, language acquisition. The basic eligibility of BA Oriya course is 10+2 education in arts with at least 50% - 60% aggregate. The average fees varies from INR 50,000 to INR 3,00,000 per annum. B.A. Oriya: Entrance Exams Some of top entrance exam are listed below: 1) AJEE ( AISECT Joint Entrance Exam): Conducted by AISECT (All India Society For Electronics & Computer Technology). 2) IPU CET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test): Conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. 3) AP LPCET (Andhra Pradesh Language Pandit Training course Entrance Test ): Conducted by School Education Department of Government of Andhra Pradesh. 4) IELTS: This exam is conducted by the British Council, IDP education.
