MVSc Veterinary Surgery and Radiology is a full-time postgraduate degree course of 2-year duration which is divided into 4 semester. The aim of this course is to train the students to build up skills and to be competent Radiologists so that they can conduct different types of diagnosis and interpreting both conventional and advanced images.
The Eligibility Criteria for admission to the course a candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree B.Sc. / B.V.Sc in the relevant field, or any similar course from a recognized university with minimum aggregate marks of 55% is eligible for this course. The admission process for MVSc Veterinary Surgery and Radiology is done through either online or offline, depending upon the institute. The annual fee for the course varies from INR 25,000 to 8,00,000.
In this course, students are trained in the areas such as Radio Physics, Radiation Detection and Measurement, Basic Concepts, and Interaction of Radiation with Matter, Radiography, Computed Tomography, Fluoroscopy, Special Radiography, Ultrasonography, Production of X-Rays etc.
