Mass Communication is termed as a medium of dispersing information to a large group of people. It is usually understood for relating to various forms of media, as its technologies are used for the dissemination of information. Journalism, advertising, and print media are the major examples of mass communication. There are two kinds of courses available for aspiring students in mass communication, an undergraduate degree and a postgraduate degree. The postgraduate degree is Master of Arts in Mass Communication. Duration of this course is 2 years and it is divided into 4 semester. The basic eligibility to pursue MA mass communication requires a candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in any stream.
