About K.K.M. College

K.K.M. College was established in 1965 under affiliation of Bhagalpur University. It is a Constituent Unit College now affiliated by Sidu Kanhu Murmu University, Dumka.The College was established by Jyotirmayee Devi, the queen of Ambar Pargana in the memory of King Kumar Kalidas Pandey. 

The college is the only degree college situated in the backward and poor region of Santhal Pargana division of Jharkahnd state. As far as professional course is concerned, the college successfully running the B.Ed. College since last eight years. 

Pakur being the socially and educationally backward districts in India, the college imparting intermediate to bachelor level degrees in Arts &Science. Apart from the BA and B.Sc., the college is running 4 self financed courses like B.Ed. and B. Lib and Information Science. Beside the regular courses the college has the centers of IGNOU & NOU which is providing the PG as well as several professional courses.
