About Godda College
Godda College, Godda was established in 1976.It is a Constituent Unit College affiliated by Sido Kanhu Murmu University or recognised by National Council for Teacher's Education.
atfirst it was established in 1954 as a Private College but in 1976 it become a Constituent Unit College
The objective of the institution is to improve equity in higher education by providing equal opportunities to women, minorities, SC, ST, OBC and differently able persons. Efforts to provide skill based income generating programmes to the learners specially in the field of Computer Science, Tasar culture, Apiculture, Bamboocrafting and Agrofarming etc.
It is a co-educational pioneer institute located in 36 acres of land in Godda town area of Santal-Pargana, Jharkhand. It has been providing UG and PG level of education specially to the backward and tribal community of this area.
