• The Kishkinda University will impart State of the Art education through strong theoretical and practical training to students in the area of Engineering & Technology, Commerce, Management, Humanities, Science & Pure Arts and other allied fields for the advancement of the knowledge.
• To institute degrees, Diploma certificates and academic qualifications on the basis of successful completion of Academic work through multiple modes of assessment.
• To promote qualification and Skill based education system with strong emphasis on developing the competency.
• To undertake programs for development and training a faculty and research scholars of the University.

• To establish campuses and have study centres, constituent colleges and regional centres at various locations in Karnataka after a period of five years as per the norms of University Grants Commission (UGC) and State Government.
• To provide an innovative system of university level education, flexible and open with regard to methods and practices of learning, combination of courses, eligibility for enrolment, age of entry, conduct of examination and operation of programmes with a view of promote access and equity in higher learning and to encourage excellence in the new fields of knowledge.
• To promote National integration and the integrated development of human personality among all its stakeholders.
• To pursue any objective as may be appropriate and approved by the Board of Governor’s for the enhancement of the education and other related endeavours.

• Engineering and Technology comprising of Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Electronics and Communications, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Computer Applications, IoT, Sensors, Network & Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Environmental and Sustainable Engineering & in other emerging areas from time to time aligned with the industry requirements.
• Commerce & Management comprising of Business Administration, Business Management, Hospitality & Hospital Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, Logistics and Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Company Secretary, Human Resource and other emerging areas of study including the inter disciplinary areas.
