Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal, formerly known as AISECT University, was established in 2010 as India's first Skills University. This was the second higher education venture of the AISECT Group of Universities, which, over the years, has emerged as India's leading higher education group. Named after Nobel laureate Shri Rabindranath Tagore, the university seeks to provide overall cognitive development to its students by laying an equal focus on skills, personality development, entrepreneurship incubation, liberal & performing arts, as well as sports and cultural activities. The university is recognised under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act and approved by the AICTE, NCTE, BCI, INC, and Madhya Pradesh Paramedical Council. The University is a member of AIU and ACU. All Faculties at the university are well equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology to provide quality education with practical hands-on training.

Scholarship Details
SCHOLARSHIP:-
The Rabindranath Tagore University was established in the Raisen District near Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh with the sole aim of providing quality education affordably to the youth of the backward regions. The task comes with an undeniable responsibility to build an education system that is both easily accessible and affordable to the students.
The scholarship scheme rewards the scholarship to the students based on their marks in 12th standard board examinations. The following conditions are applicable if you want to apply for scholarship with the Rabindranath Tagore University :
- The rank holder prizes are valid only according to the letters sent from school principals. The students who think they are eligible for the scholarship should contact their school principal for the same.
- All the scholarships provided by the university are based on the merit and are awarded on a first come first serve basis depending upon the availability of the seat.
- The decision of University Management for the grant of scholarships is final.
The government also provides funds and financial aid to faculty who want to improve their academic qualification.
