Vanita Vishram Women├oΓe¼Γaos University (VVWU) is the First-ever Women├oΓe¼Γaos University of Gujarat proposed under Public-Private-Partnership with the Government of Gujarat under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009. VVWU is committed to provide quality education and employment opportunities to its girl students through its revamped curriculum and pedagogy. The focus is on prioritizing practical component and experiential learning supported through academia-industry linkages, functional MoUs, skill development training, internships etc. It aims at providing opportunities to the girl students for holistic development and self-reliance.

Scholarship Details
Students can avail various government scholarships as per their category and income of the family. There are mainly three websites on which eligible students have to fill online form to apply for scholarship.
Eligible SC/ SEBC/ ST categories students can avail scholarships from the Government of Gujarat. Please click here to go though the guidelines. Eligible students have to fill online application form. After filling the form submit the print copy along with relevant documents in the admin office of the University before the last date of the submission.

To achieve its goal, the Training & Placement Cell works towards recognizing the core competencies of students. It works through a close knot organization and has a structure which conveys information to the students at the fastest possible rate.
The Training & Placement Cell firmly believes in ‘Industry-Institute Interaction’. In order to accomplish ‘Industry-Institute Interaction’ it organizes technical talks and seminars to provide a platform for the budding engineers to interact with professionals from various industries.
