In 1991, Shri Narayan Das Agrawal decided to fulfill his father's dream, the Late Shri Ganeshi Lal Agrawal, of establishing an institute for quality education for the people and the region & beyond. And initiated Sri Jagannath Prasad Ganeshi Lal Bazaz Charitable Trust Samiti to make the holy city Mathura a recognized destination for knowledge seekers from different spheres of life. This led to the foundation of a milestone at the karmabhoomi of the versatile and sagacious Lord Krishna.

Scholarship Details
- Scholarship for GATE qualified candidates is Rs. 70,000 per annum .
- Scholarship for Non- GATE and GLAET qualified candidates is Rs. 50,000 per annum .
Note: The student has to maintain a minimum CPI of 6.5 to avail the scholarship in the next year of his/her studies.
M Pharma Students
- Scholarship for GPAT qualified candidates is Rs. 70,000 per annum .
- Scholarship for Non-GPAT and GLAET qualified candidates is Rs. 50,000 per annum

For Ph.D. Students
A teaching Assistant ship of Rs. 25,000/- per month will be given to selected full time research scholars in all streams.
For General & OBC candidates (Economically weak)
- Those students whose parents annual income is less then Rs. 2 lakh are eligible to avail scholarship through social welfare department (Samaj Kalyan Vibhag) of UP Govt.
For SC/ST Candidates
- Those students whose parents annual income is less then Rs. 2 lakh are eligible to avail scholarship through social welfare department (Samaj Kalyan Vibhag) of UP Govt.

Placement Records & Support
In other than unusual circumstances, GLA University follows ONE STUDENT ONE JOB policy. If a student found placed in more than one company (unless not placed in one’s core branch) without prior permission, all offers made will be cancelled and she will be strictly debarred from any further campus recruitment drive by GLA.
It’s mandatory to maintain 75% of attendance in concurrent semester (during placement drive) to appear in any campus placement.
Its mandatory for the students to be in Proper Uniform during the placement procedure. And the use of Mobile phones is prohibited in the whole process. After clearing the written examination if any student is found missing in Final Technical/HR Interview round, then he/she will not be allowed to sit for the next companies and strict disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
And Strict Discipline needs to be followed during the recruitment process.
